I can tell you very proudly that I just lost 500 pictures about my trip when I was trying to take it off my mp3 player. these pictures were taken between Alice Spring and William Creek, about 1000 km.
all the pictures I will put above this post will be after william Creek to Adelaide...or near Adelaide.

Thats really bad luck! I lived in fear of loosing my France photos, couldnt wait to get them on the computer.
